Thanks so much for bringing up temperature and allowing wines to get closer to room temperature. So important to fully experiencing the full range of aromas and tastes. Enjoyed the in depth reviews. Happy solstice!

Thanks Kim for sharing your thoughts. It's true for most wines, but often sparkling wines are over-chilled and then left on ice - never given a chance to show the full expression as you note.
