Hi Greg, guessing how/when/if any Chardonnay will age is a lot more speculative than red wines. So unless you have a real fondness for older Chardonnay, I'd drink the Shea within five years, while it retains its freshness. After that it's a crap shoot. Thanks for writing.

Paul, would you expect the 2021 Shea Chardonnay to improve much with age? I have a few bottles and would like to drink one now, but not if I will be rewarded by patience. Your thoughts on the ideal drinking window would be helpful. Thanks!
