If you are looking for near-daily, news-heavy, wine industry posts, there are many options – some free, some expensive. This is not one of them. In our over-saturated media age, if you can give me your attention for a few minutes once a week I will make it worth your while.
Posts begin with an essay on an AVA, a specific grape, a particular vineyard or winery, or a discussion of a wine-related topic. I am not shy with my opinions, but I always strive for fairness. My winemaker interviews are substantive and engagingly personal. Each week there are also thoughtful, positive reviews of don’t-miss wines from current tastings. Many include links for direct purchase so you may directly support these family-owned wineries in the Pacific Northwest. I get no commission or kick back from these sales.
